Pineapple, carrots, avocado, tomatoes, celery and apples are just a few of the fruits that you can use to keep your tummy feeling full and get a load of vitamins.
5. Walk more; this helps you burn extra calories. If your office or grocery shop isn’t too far wear appropriate shoes and hit the road. If you can’t walk cycle – you burn even more calories.
6. When is the last time you danced? Ask most adults this and they will tell you that they cannot remember. Dance more if you want to get healthier. It does 2 things for you; the first is that it releases feel good hormones which relieves stress. The second is that you will be burning calories and getting fit.
7. Try standing more; studies have shown that people who stand a lot burn a lot of calories in the process.
