6. When is the last time you danced? Ask most adults this and they will tell you that they cannot remember. Dance more if you want to get healthier. It does 2 things for you; the first is that it releases feel good hormones which relieves stress. The second is that you will be burning calories and getting fit.

7. Try standing more; studies have shown that people who stand a lot burn a lot of calories in the process.
